ALUMNI
The De La Salle Community Association Network (DLS-CAN)
Launched on 14 June 2024, The De La Salle Community Association Network (DLS-CAN) is a network of Brothers, Sisters, Affiliates, Benefactors, alumni of Lasallian ministries and staff, teachers, parents and community members who have been educated or engaged with Lasallian ministries including schools and yourtown.
As a community of committed Lasallians, the DLS-CAN network unites like-minded and value-centred Lasallians who will advocate for young people. As a valued member of DLS-CAN, you will help build a commitment, help build a relationship, help build a strengthened community of Lasallians which enhance and promote the Lasallian Education and the work of yourtown (via KidsHelpline and other services).
Through SERVICE, DSL-CAN members will have opportunities to volunteer, mentor or be committee members; or be a speaker at school events where your story could inspire young people with your example of service. Through FAITH; by attending a Lasallian retreats and formation and through COMMUNITY, become part of a Lasallian Business Network.
The patron of the Association is St John Baptist de La Salle. The values of DLS-CAN are the five core principles of Faith in the Presence of God; Concern for the Poor and Social Justice; Respect for all Persons; Quality Education and Inclusive Community.
